Ms. O'Hara was born in Los Angeles, California and is admitted to practice law in California; United States District Court, Central District; and the United States Court of Appeal.

Education: After having worked in Paris, France, Ms. O'Hara returned to earn her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law, graduating in the top ten percent of her class. While in law school, she earned the position of Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review, served as the Teaching Assistant in Legal Writing, and received the American Jurisprudence awards for academic excellence in Corporations, Legal Writing, Evidence and Employment Law.
