Pro Bono Program
We are cognizant of the considerable costs involved in infertility treatment, particularly where there is a need for collaborative reproduction. We are also mindful that many couples may not even be exploring the possibility of assisted reproduction because these costs and their own financial hardship. Because of this, we are willing to represent, without fee, any couple with financial hardship who is seeking legal representation relative to a surrogacy, egg donor or embryo donation arrangement. Our program is unlimited and we do not have any financial criteria to qualify. Please call us for more information on this program.
